Managing Director

Claire has run Reflection Marketing from day one and takes a hands on approach within the business by being not only the MD but an Account Manager. This allows her to be right at the centre of the day to day running of the business and can ensure all clients are receiving the best in customer service. She looks after a number of accounts herself as well as overseeing all other projects. She brings a down-to-earth professionalism to the job, and a determination to get things done. She aims to be available to clients at all times.

Much of Claire's experience has been business based coming from marketing and communications agencies where she has devised and run campaigns that used the full range of marketing and communications media. She has looked after accounts such as Trust Group UK (VW), Inchcape Mercedes, Climate Change Capital and YMCA.

Since starting Reflection, Claire has been keen to support and work with the local community. Hosting an annual charity ball in aid of Birmingham Children’s hospital The Reflection Team raised over £5000 last year and Claire is already busy with the preparations for the 2012 Charity Ball. As well as the ball Reflection Marketing is also a key sponsor of the Great Midlands Fun Run and creates all of their marketing materials each year to support the cause.

After a busy day running Reflection Marketing Claire enjoys spending plenty of time with 9 year old daughter Jess, watching her dance classes and catching up on the latest news from the playground.
