Trust Group UK required a marketing agency who could undertake all of their marketing ranging from their website, press ads, social media etc. It was imperative the agency could manage dual branding (Volkswagen and Skoda) through distinguishing the different brands yet applying them as a whole within Trust Group UK. As Volkswagen and Skoda have very different audiences a strong understanding of the market was also essential. Trust Group required an increase in phone enquiries, heightened brand awareness and increased website hits.
The initial process for press adverts was to research the appropriate media to ensure the adverts were appropriate for Trust Groups target audience; this differs between Skoda and Volkswagen so it was important the design of each advert replicated this. The press advertisements are fresh and engaging whilst adhering to VW and Skoda brand guidelines.
We also undertake all online marketing including PPC, Twitter, Facebook and the UK’s largest Skoda forum Briskoda. We ensure regular posts are placed on Twitter and Facebook ranging from topics that are hot in the press, news from the dealerships, discounts and offers and continue to see growth on these platforms. With Briskoda we manage a Trust Group forum where members can post views, opinions and questions, by using these social mediums Trust Group have gained service bookings and new customers.
